A sad day indeed.
For those who aren't familiar with Andrew - he has been involved with the CDAA for some time. He was involved in the Pannikin Plains expedition when the torrential flooding occurred and the cave collapsed. (Which inspired him to create the film Sanctum).
He was also involved in the filming of 'Life in Earth', the old comedy documentary on Cave Diving.
He will be missed.
